Dyno-Aire is a wind powered aerator that puts out up to 2-4 cfm and 100 psi allowing for the use of multiple diffusers. It is 100% made in the U.S.A. and is constructed of cast aluminum and stainless steel with cast aluminum pump being powder coated. These compact and durable units are very low maintenance, bearings are sealed and don't have to be greased. Rebuild kits are under $50 and can easily be installed at a work bench in a heated shop rather than on top of a tower in the freezing wind.

The Dyno-Aire offers a (18) month warranty that covers the vital parts of the pump as well as any factory workmanship or defects. These units are easily assembled in 20 to 30 minutes and are equipped with a 2" pipe coupling swivel fitting that offers universal mounting. Our Dyno-Aire products are offered in two sizes, Dyno-Aire JR and the Dyno-Aire Turbo both offering a variety of blade sizes. The package includes a diffuser and 80' of air line that will lay on the bottom of your pond out of the way. Everything is neatly packed in one box weighing 40 lbs that can be shipped to your door via UPS.

This system has been designed to aerate ponds up to 2 surface acres. The air "boil" produces excellent wave action which helps break up clumps of algae, bottom debris and plant matter while providing all the oxygen your fish will ever need (winter or summer). Our "high speed prop" combined with a modified Oil Less Piston compressor will provide 1 to 3 CFM of life giving oxygen at wind speeds from 5 to 70 MPH. Starts pumping immediately and continues delivering larger volumes of air as wind speeds increase. Structurally sound to 70 MPH! Our props have been designed to give many years of reliable service.

Your turbine blades have been factory balanced prior to shipping.

Altering this balance may cause excessive vibration and/or damage to your aerator. If you choose to alter the factory balance, you, as the consumer, do so at your own risk.

All blades and hub wings have been numbered to assist you during assembly. If there are balancing screws or washers attached to the blades, DO NOT REMOVE them! The prop will assemble just fine with them in place. The dots on the blades must face up wind (toward the front). Attach each blade to the back of its respective hub wing.

To mount the tail boom, remove the 1/4x20 1 1/2" bolt and its related stand off from the compressor base plate. Place the tail boom on top of the base plate and the stand off on top of the boom.

Secure with the 1/4x20 1 1/2" bolt. The bolt threads into the bottom of the compressor. The short 1/4x20 bolt and it's self locking nut can now be inserted through the second hole to further secure the tail boom. Attach the vain (tail) with the screws provided.

Your aerator is design to thread onto 2" steel water pipe or 2" IMC steel conduit (the union connector is not provided). Both are available from your local building center. Attach your 3/8" ID air line using the barb fitting provided and thread the pipe, union, and aerator together. Hand tighten only, no wrenches are required. The air line should feed down through the center of the pipe you are using for a tower. If more than one ten foot section of pipe is used, it's highly recommended that 3 guy wires be used to support the tower at each connection. A single 10 foot section is usually all that's required for the aerator to function properly and does not require guy wires. See photos for recommended tilt up tower base.
